Enjoy Magical Scenery and Stay in the Best Bed and Breakfast Kaikoura Has to Offer

If you are looking for a country to visit that offers plenty of adventure and beautiful scenery, then it may be worth your while contemplating New Zealand.

Approximately the same size as the United Kingdom but with a small population of just over 4 million people, New Zealand is one country that punches well above its weight when it comes to world class tourist destinations.

Unlike a lot of other countries around the world that heavily depend on one or two big attractions, New Zealand is lucky enough in that the entire country offers great appeal from those abroad.

Kaikoura, located on the east coast of the south island, is rugged and picturesque, plus there is plenty to do. Considered much of a holiday destination, Kaikoura has the scenery that would make it the obvious choice as a postcard to send back home.

Situated right on the coast and with the Southern Alps in the distance, Kaikoura is the whale-watching capital of New Zealand. This alone, makes this scenic little township a popular destination for those international travellers heading up or down the south island.

Kaikoura is a classic example of a destination where staying at a luxury lodge makes sense. The temperatures a littler cold, so being nestled up in the warmth of a lodge, bed and breakfast or quality backpackers would really make sense. Staying at a bed and breakfast lodge gives you the best of both worlds. You can come and go as you please, but you also have the luxury of being surrounded by a wealth of friendly communication and travel advice from the owners and fellow lodgers.
