My Beachbody on Demand Review

This is my Beachbody on Demand review. Beachbody is known for creating top of the line fitness programs. You ordered the program, waited for it to come, and then, once you had it, you had access to a program create by a world class trainer that you would do right in the comfort of your own home. Pretty awesome, right? It was, if you had $120 and knew you would like the program that you ordered.

Beachbody on Demand changes everything. Thanks to their newest program, you can now access over 10 different, complete workout programs for $2.99 per week. Is it worth it though? I took a tour through the program, and here is what I discovered. These are not cheap workouts that you are accessing. You gain full access o P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Insanity, Insanity The Asylum, TurboFire, 10 Minute Trainer and more of their top selling programs. So, financially, here is how am looking at it. You can spend $120 + tax and shipping for 1 program, which comes to about $150, or you can spend about the same for access to over 10 programs. Financially, I think that Beachbody on Demand makes a lot of sense.

One of my favorite programs in Insanity The Asylum. If you have ever done this program, you know that you need a lot of space to do it. That has always been tough for me, since my home gym (my office), isn’t very big. I am super excited that now, thanks to Beachbody on Demand, I can simply take my phone to a nearby track, or even just outside, and I can do the do the workout along with the video, having all of the room that I need.

Unfortunately, there are some restrictions to this program. While there are over 10 complete programs, they are not all on there. The program that I am doing right now, Body Beast, is not on there. I personally bring the workout sheets from he program and do it at the gym, but it is not the same as being able to workout along with the video.

A big pro pf this program is that they have all 3 P90X programs. You could go from P90X to P90X2 to P90X3, which would cost you over $400 to order the DVDs, and do them right through your phone. That gives you a huge savings. The long term goal if for Beachbody on Demand to continue to grow, with them adding more programs as time goes on. They will also be offering special memberships to access particular programs (the newest ones) for a small extra fee.
